Paul Henry Ramirez has been creating ballpoint pen drawings on paint chips since 1996.   The Ballpoint pen drawings are on 2.5 inch x 2.5 inch Ralph Lauren paint chips. The Paint Chip drawings were featured in Ramirez’s Eccentric Stimuli site-specific installation in “Beauty Reigns: A Baroque Sensibility in Recent Painting.” The traveling museum exhibition was organized by the McNay Museum of Art, 2014 and was reconfigured for the Akron Art Museum in Ohio, 2015.
